Fits my device and works great. I have no issues or concerns with this purchase and have recommended them to other colleagues to order so their antenna doesn't always get stuck in the egg band.

The antenna is perfect for my radio that I use at work. I don't get stung wearing it around my waist belt. And I am very well received when communicating with my colleagues on the school campus. We all have this antenna now👍🏾.

I wanted a smaller antenna for my ex500 and bought this because it is listed as "Motorola Original". After using it for a few days, I can hear the base, but the base can't hear me well every time I speak. Also, the Motorola imprint looks different than on my original Motorola antenna. At first I didn't understand anything. This now leads me to believe that this is just a fake.
