Thought of returning but so far so good, some washers didn't fit the bolts but when used without them they were still pretty strong. Our TV had a small "lip" at the bottom and it looked like the protrusion would get in the way of installation, but it worked out in the end. All in all, my husband was able to install in 4 hours, including one installation obscuring the cable. It looks great, I recommend and suggest insisting on installing if in doubt.

Easy to install, good instructions, fits a variety of TVs, good leveling ability, strong locking bolts, well made TV mount. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because of the decision on how to position the TV by changing the orientation of the fold/unfold lever from dead center to fully extended, fully left or fully right , the TV had to be realigned Adjusting the four adjustment screws on the bracket. I am considering buying another one for my second TV.

I bought this for a 55" Toshiba TV which weighs only 10-15 pounds so I really had no issues with power or range of motion. Concern was installing it on drywall. In fact, the manual says you should NOT install it on drywall (no studs). This probably applies to all wall mounting frames. But if you have your own anchors and screws, everything works great. This wall mount was easy to install and looks much better than a TV on a table. I especially like the twist as I'm in a sunny room and can tilt the TV so I can see better when the sun reflects off the room. I like this particular mount as it only requires one stud and takes up a lot less space on the wall than mounts that require two studs. This mount is perfect for my situation. My only complaint is that I initially received the wrong mount and had to wait for them to send me the correct one.
