The customer support team is very responsive and easy to communicate with. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to video analytics. I have been solving some really interesting problems utilizing their solutions, including the ability to track my customersβ shopping patterns over time. While there is not much to dislike about the product overall, I would say that I dislike how hard it can be for certain users (or even myself) to determine which metrics/features to use at what point in time.
