The customer support team is very responsive and easy to communicate with. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to video analytics. I have been solving some really interesting problems utilizing their solutions, including the ability to track my customers’ shopping patterns over time. While there is not much to dislike about the product overall, I would say that I dislike how hard it can be for certain users (or even myself) to determine which metrics/features to use at what point in time. This may sound like nitpicking but you do need to be able to work quickly when you are trying to solve an analytics problem. This software has come in handy since we created a video analytics tool for our website by tracking key performance indicators. Our sales teams are now able to see which areas of our product they might want to focus on improving in order to win more business from potential customers. I like how easy it was to get started with MPO5 - everything you need for your business is right there in one place! And their customer support team are so helpful and quick at replying to any questions or concerns we may have! It's not perfect but they're working hard to improve things. We've been able to streamline our processes by creating workflows using the tool which has reduced admin time considerably.
