Need a lot of muscle power

Bought for use before vacuuming wool carpets and mending carpets. These short-pile rugs require even perspiration. Works better with silk rugs, which are easier to comb due to the shorter pile. Gave three stars because it takes so long to comb the hair because it takes a lot of repetitive strokes to make it worth it. Need better handling of the situation

I opened it and used it immediately upon arrival. I recently adopted a dog that lived in a coastal town (20-30 degrees cooler year-round). She hairs like I've never seen before! The rubber brush actually lifts the hairs up a lot more than my vacuum, but the handle doesn't stay in place when I push forward OR pull toward me. The knob allows the rubber to keep turning without getting stuck and in use comes loose after a few hits so I have to put my head back on. Not sure if this is a "fix" but…

Probably the best broom ever. I have a labrador retriever and black hair is everywhere - damn - it was everywhere. I've had terrible times trying to sweep the kitchen floor. He smeared his hair with an ordinary broom, threw it in the air, scattered it. This broom reaches every hair, every crumb. Ouch! and sweeps the carpet just as effectively.
