Good MB for a budget but my GPU won't let me plug in the case USB cables

Good MB for a budget but my GPU won't let me plug in the front USB cables because that slot is too close to the PCIe slot for the GPU, it's literally impossible to plug it in without my case's cables getting in the way or getting into the GPU fans, which is so annoying, even though my GPU is an RTX 3070 MSI Venus 2x and it's not this is what you would call a big Chungus card. For this reason I give 3 instead of 4 stars. I can no longer plug USB port cables into this slot unless I change my GPU,

Good budget board with some considerations

Works exactly as expected. But there are those that have disappointed me: since the PCIe slot is the second slot on this board, larger GPUs will interfere with the front USB 3 port. There are only two fan heads. One processor and one system
