Not worth the price

My analysis of this laptop showed that it had a sluggish performance and the graphics left a lot to be desired. The speakers were weak, making video calls difficult.

Good hardware, but MSI software and support leaves a lot to be desired.

I've only had this laptop for a day and already regret my purchase. While the build quality of the laptop is good, which is to be expected from a 1300+ laptop, the software side leaves a lot to be desired. This laptop comes with software called "MSI Creator Center" that allows you to sign up for a warranty, access different battery modes, keyboard backlight power, and various computer configurations. On paper this software is very useful but in reality it is crash prone and full of bugs. The…

Hot and Loud

Cooling dock and noise-cancelling headphones are a must. Even with normal computer use, it is so hot that the ambient temperature is much higher than if you were standing still. With heavy graphics components, the fan runs constantly, which is to be expected. However, a $1,200 workstation should have better built-in speakers than the dollar store. Super disappointed.
