The thumb grip is ok but I can't complain because it was cheap for the amount they give. I use these on my PS4 controller and love the color choices so I know which controller is which. My two main issues are: 1) The grip detaches from my PS4 controller if I hold it in one direction for too long. I solved this problem by sticking self-adhesive body bumpers (thin, flat, clear, rubbery) onto the thumb grips and then putting caps on them. The bumpers are the same width as the joystick and the caps fit much better now. The bulges on the top keep your thumbs from slipping off, although they can chafe your skin a bit with prolonged play.
