Great product but as mentioned arrived broken the first time. The replacement item arrived in perfect condition and as expected.

We both like that the bottom of the coffee mug is wider than the mug itself and the mug itself is really strong. The packaging was great - no chips or breakage as some other reviews have stated. If I could change something I wish they were a little bigger so I could double my morning coffee, but it still holds about 10 ounces of coffee so no complaints! Great gift and looks very stylish!

I have ordered this set of mugs twice. The first set arrived broken so I exchanged it for another and the second set was in perfect condition. If you need this item in a hurry I would not recommend ordering this set as it will most likely arrive broken.
