I bought these 2x. I bought them for my daughter's room. The first set was lost in a home fire but I knew when setting up our new home she definitely wanted these for her new room. The colors and flickering are so relaxing and lovely. They add a special touch to her room.

I like these candles on my mantel. My room has accents of yellow. These candles are white until you turn them on and then the "flame” turns them yellow. Very easy to to use with remote control. I would advise using rechargeable batteries; otherwise, you will be going through a lot of batteries as it takes nine AAAs to work.

These are pretty fun for decoration, but when the batteries start to lose power - they will all flash in a strobing pattern. For hours sometimes until they eventually lose power. We keep them on the 4 or 8 hour timer, and rechargeable will get us about 3-6 usage periods. I don’t know why they were designed to strobe when they are dying, because if you use them at night it’s really going to ruin it, especially if more than one starts to go.
