This hub is ideal for people who work from home and want to have two monitors connected. This has made my life so much easier: when I'm working from home, I just plug in my laptop and I'm good to go. The coolest part is that it has wireless phone charging capability, so I don't have to buy an extra cable to charge my phone, just plug it onto the hub.

All in all, this purchase was a bad decision for me.

Nice little jack. Connecting the USB-C cable may take a little longer. I haven't connected everything that connects it, however. The micro sd card reader, imo, needs to be spring loaded, push and click to lock the type. This is where the card slides and stops with half of the card sticking out to the side. dangerous for the map. The files seem to transfer fairly quickly. I like that it has power and activity LEDs so you can see its status.

I've ordered all sorts of adapters, hubs, cables, etc. from Amazon. a little better. "It looks like metal." Don't get me wrong, and it works fine although I haven't used ALL PORTS yet. I immediately tested the old RGB monitor connector and was satisfied that it worked perfectly. If that's what you need to get the job done, for the money it's worth, I'd say yes.

Seemed like a great idea but it never worked properly and was out of warranty. I had two main problems: 1. When it charged my phone wirelessly, my Mac Book Pro automatically turned it off claiming it was using too much power. This is connected to the Apple charger with the power supply in port.2. His ethernet adapter was sending odd voltages out over the network, causing widespread network problems. I ended up having to disconnect it from the network and I can't use that port.
