The fabric is stretchy and fits snugly to the body. Dries quickly and the Henley style looks great on a training shirt. The stitching quality is good but the fabric could be smoother for the price. I ordered at the top end of the recommended range for Medium but will probably order Large now as I see how it fits. just too comfortable in the chest and arms.

Very light and therefore comfortable shirt. The three-button front makes it look a little different than any other t-shirt. You'd better be in better shape though, as the lightness and firmness is very unforgiving, showing off every ounce of fat. You can't hide in that.
