1 pack - 2 different shades of blue

I am giving 3 stars because I am sure they are ok but I received 16 eyelets in dark blue and 4 locks in light blue in a new/sealed plastic bag. I think it was Muteki's fault for running out of navy blue because I ordered the same item through another website and faced the same problem, but I'm still very confused as to why anyone at Muteki thought it was would be acceptable to add two different shades of blue in the same package. In any case, proceed with caution.
