The canvas is cheap and not as thick as I would like. The bag that contained the backpack was sticky and covered in brown goo. When I took the bag out of the box, I noticed that the bottom of the bag was torn and some of the stitching had come undone. The straps are very cheap and obviously filled with styrofoam. It's still a working backpack and if I had ordered another one it probably wouldn't have been damaged.

I bought this backpack for safe and comfortable movement and to store my laptop. I have an ASUS Vivobook 15.6 inch laptop and it fits very easily in the dedicated laptop bag. The bag is surrounded by padding for protection and there is a strap that goes through the laptop and protects against impact but also against movement. There are enough pockets for everything you need. There's a built in portable charger cable so you can charge something in the backpack while it's closed, but I don't need

Professional photography definitely makes the backpack look a lot better than it really is. It's smaller than it appears in photos of people carrying backpacks (or they use very small models, seriously). The vintage look is good but the quality doesn't match the price. The lining fabric has a strange texture. Almost like paper stock with a slight sheen that just doesn't match the vintage exterior concept.
