So far so good. I used it once to make rice balls for my son's bento box and he said the rice was still in round balls at the time of dinner. Let's see how it holds up.

Easy to use! My almost 2 year old daughter loves rice and now she can eat it with ease and mess free! Easy to clean and comes with a cute little rice spatula to fill the container! Tip: Less rice makes smaller balls, more rice makes bigger balls!

Really good for kids lunch! I don't really use any other forms of rice anymore, they make perfect balls that compress just the right amount. Use warm wet rice; If using leftover rice, add some water before microwave. The included small ladle is handy because the rice doesn't stick to it, unlike a regular spoon. Also encourages picky eaters. I wish the plastic was stronger but it will definitely last.
