Hair is good but noticed that some hair bundles were "smooth"/softer than others. One pocket was soft, the other pocket wasn't too soft. There was no single texture. I used braided hair so soft/straight hair was a bit difficult to grab.

Pros: Very soft hair Cons: Terribly tangled! Beautiful fingers plaiting a braid through strong entanglements. I've been braiding for 35 years and I can say this is one of the worst braids I've ever bought. She's not worth the money! I don't order anymore! I do NOT recommend this hair.

This is my second purchase of Kanekalon hair from this seller. My first order didn't arrive on the specified date but this seller solved the problem right away, definitely great customer service. I love the quality of this hair because I wear a protective crochet style. This is not a repeat no ok! I posted a comparison photo of another company I love and thought I'd buy this hair to compensate for what I need. It's 5 packs and they're literally so skinny! If you braid your hair legally, you could probably do three to four braids out of a pack. When I opened I had to go back to my purchases to make sure I ordered correctly as what I received was NOT what it looked online in terms of thickness or lots of strands of hair. Two such bags equal one bag. So basically

I love the softness and color of the hair but the strands of hair were definitely not huge. The quality of the hair was also a little cheaper than what I usually get - it started frizzing within the first week! I had shaved the sides and back of my head and five packs was almost not enough to get my hair done when I normally get by with 3 1/2 packs for a jumbo. All in all, I won't buy this again.

The quality of this hair is terrible. It will tangle if you braid it. You can take a Barbie doll, cut her hair and you will have hair of the same quality.

I'm a bit disappointed because the hair I thought I would get not the one I received would spoil my hair so i ordered this a hair extension but when i received it it was tiny and a single hair, 5 packs and the ad is misleading, it says braiding hair (100g/pcs, 5pcs/lot). But what I received doesn't look like the seller could be more specific about what you're getting specifically, so I don't have to spend my money on it

I love this hair! It's easy to use and really inexpensive. The hair is so tangle resistant that after I undo the braid I can reuse the hair to make more braids. The hair is very soft and blends perfectly with my natural hair.
