The leashes are very sturdy,high quality, and reflective. only downside is that the leash can give you a rug burn if you’re dogs -like mine- can be difficult to control. Any bare skins (ie wearing shorts) means that if the leash runs against your skin it may burn it.Still recommended but be aware of exposed skin - if you have a difficult to control dog

This is a high-quality leash that is strong and durable. I've had it for about 5 months now and it's just beginning to fray around the clip. But that's after heavy use in all types of weather, including being used in the lake where my dog likes to swim. I spent a lot of time searching on Walmart for a new dog leash for my active dog. Her current leash lasted 4 years but is starting to tear. This is actually our 2nd leash from the company! We have a 4ft and a 6ft one now. I love this because it’s so easy to hold and it has a clip lock so if the clip twists funny it can accidentally unclip and let our pup loose.

Seems well made, Is HIGHLY reflective. The clip on this leash seems sturdier than my old leash that broke at the swivel, allowing my dog to run across the street. (Luckily no harm was done!) I bought this leash for my little chihuahua because it came with a safety lock to prevent the latch from coming loose. (It accidentally came loose on my old one and my dog got loose.) It works great when it stays in place, but it has a tendency to come off, which defeats the purpose. Not good. I do like the reflective feature. The leash itself is a little heavy for my little dog, but we make it work.

I love that it is reflective, which is why I bought it. But this leash is also sturdy and by far our favorite, it has just a tiny bit of give if your fur-baby tugs. Ours has held up for almost a year now - even through her chewing phase.

I actually love this leash the handle is lined with soft fabric for comfort, its held together just fine with my badly leash trained dog that pulls, and has been washed in my washer multiple times. (I cannot answer the "chew proof” question cuz I’ve never seen my dog try to chew her leash)
