These pants are very high just below the chest. That's exactly what I wanted. I paired them with a rashguard top and the combination is perfect. If you're looking for full coverage, get it. If you still want to show some skin, they will be too high. Compared to what you find in department stores this is amazing quality at a great price!

I bought this in a large size. They could literally go through my chest. I'm 5'4 160 lbs. They weren't attractive to me, but very comfortable. Some people will definitely like them (I love a good pair with a high waist). I would say go and try it. They are exactly like the photo and are snug around the hips (depending on the style - I have a vintage suit from the 40's and they suit my curvy figure too)
