I should have listened to the other reviewers. It arrived broken. Three parts of the lid's wooden frame fell off. I thought I could glue it so I didn't return it but it frustrated me and I couldn't get it to work. Unfortunately in the garbage.

I searched the internet for a tea box it was the first product that caught my eye it was perfect so I bought it. I wish all my purchases were that easy. I filled the box with different teas, everything is fine now. Looks great on my counter. It looks better when you hold it in your hands, a nice gray color.

Best thing I've done for my limited kitchen space. I had a huge stack of tea chests in my cupboard that fell apart every time I tried to choose the tea I wanted to enjoy. Now they're neatly tucked away in this stylish presentation of my tea obsession right on the kitchen table. Attention, many compliments from every guest at home.

I love EVERYTHING about this tea bag box except that after a week or so the lid no longer fits flush. Very strange and random. I was told that I could loosen the screws on the back, which would allow it to close; I'll try, but you know how it is when you buy something new, you don't expect to have to break tools to fix it. I certainly wouldn't feel safe giving it to anyone. Such a shame; otherwise fine.

I have my house for rent and wanted to give tea lovers something nice when they decide to have tea. I love it and get compliments almost every time. This is a simple box made of very soft wood. There is a beautiful glass insert at the top. Softwood isn't a problem as I don't throw it around like a soccer ball and use it as a step! So I recommend buying it as it will add a little class to your counter and make it easier to find different types of tea.
