Based on other reviews I was concerned the bottom would crack but now the base is all metal. It was very easy to assemble. I love the height and the fact that I can dry two towels at once.

Ideal for drying two bath towels. I bought this as an alternative to the over the door towel rail. It takes five minutes to assemble and is perfect for two bath towels. It's the same width as our sink, so it's unobtrusive.

Good visual design and right size but unfortunately the base of this stand is not good. As mentioned in other reviews, the screws on the bottom are not countersunk and glow in combination with the metal used for the base, resulting in a very unstable and shaky assembled product. Adding additional felt pads to the base did not solve the unstable base design.

. as others have said. This is because the bottom of the base is not flat as the screws that attach the posts to the base do not fit all the way in. To prevent scratches (probably), you get these 4 small pieces of rubber to attach. to the floor. Firstly the pieces are too small and secondly they don't stick. Too bad - it's nice and holds two large bath towels.
