I love these leggings! I highly recommend them for dresses. They are too see through to wear without a dress. See through underwear. Think of them like thick pantyhose. Very soft! The waist is not small and my child feels comfortable in it both at play and at school. I will order more!

Bought these for my tall and thin almost 3 year old. She wears 2T to 3T in waist, they seem a bit big to her. I washed them in hot water and dried them on high heat and they lay down to our liking. One complaint I have is that they are definitely very thin, almost like pantyhose. I'm not sure how durable they will be, but I think that's why they're cheaper. Although cute.
