Protein flavor and combination is great. It comes in a box, but the last two times I've ordered a real protein bag, it has a hole in it. Dissatisfied with the way the seller packed it because the office knife has to cut a hole in the protein packaging. I wrote to the seller but no reply!

I like the taste and find it very easy to drink. That being said, it is one of the many high quality whey protein sources out there. I do CrossFit 6 nights a week and typically use this product 3-4 times a week after a hard workout. I usually mix 3 scoops of this powder with 0.75 liters of water. Works fine for me.

I've been using Optimum Nutrition for years. After opening the Labdoor website and looking at the quality and price reviews, I decided to give this brand a try. It tastes good, just like Optimum Nutrition, and is higher quality, according to Labdoor. The prices are comparable. The only downside is that ON has a lot more flavor options.
