I had to find time to take care of myself. I have three kids, a full-time job, and a lot of coffee. My smile wasn't pretty anymore. I hardly got the set yesterday, but I used it twice, once in the evening and the second time in the morning. I have to say I'm very impressed! I didn't notice a huge difference after my first use, but now there is a huge difference between my front teeth and my back teeth, which aren't visible anyway. This kit comes with a 9 day supply of whitening gel, although the instructions say this should be done within 7 days. I ended up working all 9 days, but at the end I will explain how I did it.
