Mythrojan Steel Viking Leather Belt - Men's Accessories for Belts Review

I ordered 170mm and it is long. I'm 6ft 1" with a waist of about 35". 125mm would be too short, just an inch or less. It's okay, I'll cut something. The belt is slightly darker than in the photo. Not much but looks a lot better than the photo. The leather is thick and tough but of high quality and will soften/wipe off over time. I plan to use mink oil for softening and protection. The smell has a strong leather smell and I like it.

Looks good but not sure if it's real cowhide. Funny texture and weird smell. The price was right. Use this as part of a module study on Vikings.

I got both a black and brown version of this belt and got different impressions from both! Black is genuine leather, durable and stitched very well. On the other hand brown. The fur, the paint wears off as several other reviews have noted, and it's not real leather, it's layers glued on like any cheap belt you can find in any of the brands. I'll look at both and probably buy another black one.

This genuine leather belt is well made. It is quite long as it is intended for medieval clothing, with a bun at the waist and a dangling tail. This is a great width for belt loop accessories like pouches and sheaths. This belt is simple and unadorned but provides a great work surface if you wish to add your own embellishments.

It's leather, but it's very tough and very rough. I'm sure time and some leather treatment products will make it more flexible, but it's rough around the edges. On the other hand, they use color because it doesn't run or run off my clothes. So here's what. It s cheap. It's functional. That will do.

The IS strap is leather and looked ok at first glance. The construction is decent. But I noticed a white powdery precipitate. It washes off fairly easily, but the color will come off the skin on a towel. He kept rubbing and the color kept coming out of the skin. Tried clear coat. Not good.
