Description of MZS Clutch Brake Levers Pivot Adjustment CNC for KX250F/KX450F/KX250 (Black) - Compatible 2013-2019

IMPORTANT NOTE - Please check the pivot levers "title" or "vehicle fitment list" to make sure that this model type and year work for your bike before ordering. Be sure to follow the installation instructions (in the box) to check and test before riding. MZS ADVABTAGE - This lever-processed logo prevents the lever's fingers from slipping, the pivot design allows the lever to fold outward to prevent bending or breaking in the event of a crash. And the anodized with beautiful glossy and vibrant finish, which increases resistance to corrosion and wear, makes your bike stand out from the crowd . DJUSTABLE REACH - by simply adjusting a bolts on the MZS clutch brake lever, the reach can be adjusted to accommodate the smallest to the largest hands and gives the best clutch or brake response. HIGH QUALITY COMPONENTS - MZS dirt bike levers used chrome steel precision sealed bearings, stainless steel pivot and bushing parts, Chrome Silicon cantilever springs, aerospace grade stainless steel and chromoly fasteners, and specially designed and manufactured fasteners. TECHNICAL SUPPORT - Why I choose right model and year but still can't fit? The biggest possibility is that your lever has ever damaged before, and you used another universal perch and lever (Not OEM) replace your stock, so the MZS lever size will not fit your new perch. If you have this situation please contact us, we will help you solve it.

High quality, the best of motorcycles and motorsports

They came in premium packaging. The levers are of good quality and I did not notice any defects. The clutch fitted perfectly but the brake lever was too thick to fit so I had to sharpen it a bit and it fitted perfectly. Installed on a 2019 kx250f.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • Negligible maintainability

Insanely amazing value!

I paid $250 for arm kits and can't see or feel any difference. That's tremendous value. Even the anodizing is excellent, which I thought was questionable at this price point. There is no game in it, but it runs smoothly. What more could you want from a lever?

Front Brake Lever Parts

Love the color and feel but the description says they fit a 2017 KX 250F but the front brake does not. I had to sand down the width of the machining where the hole was. Not the hole itself. The clutch fits great and now the front brake fits too, but you don't have to file the part. Luckily the boot covers the lining.

This product should be banned for misleading/false advertising

These levers do not fit my 2017 KX 250. The thickness of the handle does not allow installation. We tried to return it and with everything I ever returned, they came to the house and took it. Due to Covid there was no way to get it back in time to the store which was cluttered and full of clutter. So here we are now.

Brake lever will not fit without modification

I have a 2013 Kx450f and when I decided to tighten the brake lever the new lever was too wide to fit. I have to sand down some of the aluminum to make it work. I was hoping to put them on before my next ride, but looks like I'll have to spend some time modifying the brake lever to fit. I haven't tried the clutch lever yet. I will update my review once I try the clutch lever.

Needs modification to work with KDX 200/220

The levers themselves are good and the price is great. However, the clutch side didn't match the perch - the angle of the "shelf" was too soft, and I had to take out the file and sharpen it to get the lever into the perch. I also had to drill out the screw. On the braking side, the lever fits well, but as it is it cannot apply the brake in any way. There is a hole where maybe the bearing should press against the real brake, but the lever doesn't look like a stock lever at all. . JB finally…

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Some small things

They look great and come in a very cool square box. Now they work fine. However, the thickness of the piece on the stem was too thick and it didn't go in without effort, and even then the lever stuck where you left it. I had to grind some (about 1/32), which is a shame. Since this is a rotating part, I had to smooth the sanded part for smooth operation. They're also about 1/2 inch longer than stock levers, so they can get in the way of your bark fighters. This worked for me and I had to use…
