Nalgene Wide Mouth Lexan Bottle - 32 Oz Review

Great water bottle, would be nice if I got the right color that I ordered. I ordered a red bottle with a black cap. However, I received a black bottle with a black cap that said "Max Petition" instead of "Nalgene". Someone in the orders department wasn't paying attention. If I wasn't actually using a petition bag from Max I would have tried returning it, but overall it worked out fine. One star off because I didn't get the color I originally wanted.

I have two bottles of Nalgene that I use every day, a 48 ounce blue and a 32 ounce red. They are both very durable, nice to look at and I have a good feeling about them being BPA free. I am now very hydrated at work because I don't have to spend time topping up water multiple times. I use 32 oz for shakes and it's really easy to clean. I've tried all kinds of expensive and useless water bottles and one thing I've found is just better. It holds plenty of water so I don't have to keep refilling. The mouth isn't wide enough to fit a hand in, but is wide enough to easily fit a bottle brush in and clean easily. While I wouldn't recommend sticking it firmly in concrete every time you empty a bottle, this plastic feels thick enough to withstand an accidental drop. There is nothing more for me to know. I highly recommend.

We have been using Nalgene bottles for 7 years now. I wouldn't use any other. They have a wide neck and if you don't like the wide neck you can buy an insert to make it smaller. They are BPA free and durable enough to withstand many falls and bumps which is great as we not only buy them for ourselves but also for our kids. I prefer more muted colors so I've lost a lot of water bottles over the years. They were bought for an outdoor summer camp and it wouldn't be a good idea to lose them. I solved the problem by ordering Titan Red. Titanium Red isn't neon, but putting them in a forest or field and losing track of them won't be easy.
