Has a large battery that rests on the ear. I found it's still comfortable, but a good fit requires different sizes of earbuds to fit the ear (hard to get it to stay in the ear). I like the long battery life, about a week for me, but they can break easily (the part you can twist, if you twist it too hard it'll snap the whole thing in half).

This is my second machine. I had the first one for about a year and it worked fine until I stepped on it and it broke. I had a second one within 10 days and am keeping a close eye on it. It worked fine except when I turn my head a certain way the signal decreases. At first I didn't have this problem. If this problem continues, I'll probably return it.

I replaced my Plantronics Legend with this one and can't believe it's amazing! My old Bluetooth was pretty easy to use, but I had to take a few steps to sync to get it working. This Bluetooth connected easily and almost without doing anything. I turned it on, turned on bluetooth on my phone and there it was. The sound is great and it's easy to use. I couldn't be happier.

PROS: I like the sound quality when speaking and I like how you can clearly hear SMS notifications. I really like that you can adjust the volume enough to really hear people. CONS: I don't like that you can't hear email notifications and FB messages. I want to tell you how many hours of talk time you have when you turn on the headset. I really appreciate you getting us a replacement at the end of our warranty. This device connects to multiple devices at the same time. And I use it daily on multiple phones, an iPad, and a large laptop. He met our needs. We know they usually wear out after a year and the retrieval team has been of great help to me. I've bought some very expensive bluetooth cellphones, some of them have been ok. No matter which one, everyone has ear problems, the device is not to blame, it's just my ears. The device sounds great, accepts Siri instructions with no problems, switches to music with no problems. Well done too. Charge holds well, but to be honest with any of these devices, I charge them when I sleep at night and start in the morning. I just had no problems at all.
