I've bought some very expensive bluetooth cellphones, some of them have been ok. No matter which one, everyone has ear problems, the device is not to blame, it's just my ears. The device sounds great, accepts Siri instructions with no problems, switches to music with no problems. Well done too. Charge holds well, but to be honest with any of these devices, I charge them when I sleep at night and start in the morning. I just had no problems at all.
