Easy user interface, really great insights at the click of a button! I love being able to see how many visitors are actually reading my articles as opposed to just skimming them by looking for key words in titles or first sentences (sometimes people skip over article summaries completely). The best thing about this platform was it's simplicity of use, I used to work for another media buying agency but found them more complicated than necessary so decided not go back! Their support team are great as well - always quick at replying or fixing any issues you may have in their system (and they do fix things!).
