The SFX Flesh Tone Alcohol Activated Palette contains the perfect mix of skin tone colors and adjusters. Using the bottom row of adjusters, the top row of skin tone colors can be adjusted to add warmth or coolness as needed. The Flesh Tone palette is an excellent tool for creating realistic skin tones, whether applied directly to the skin or to FX prosthetics. Ideal for Halloween, Cosplay or for a tattoo cover. Alcohol palettes are made by pouring alcohol and pigment mixture into the pans. When the alcohol evaporates, the volume in the pan decreases, creating a highly concentrated dry pigment that looks like a half-filled pan. This is normal and does not affect the performance of the palette. When the alcohol activator is added to the pans, the colors come alive and will last for many applications. Palette Colors Include: Light Flesh, Fair Tone, Beige Tone, Warm Tone, Hazelnut, Chocolate, Vein Tone, Olive, Soft Yellow, Peach, Deep Blush, Capillary. To activate, apply 1-3 drops of 99% isopropyl rubbing alcohol directly into the palette cell. Allow 99% alcohol to soak into the color for several seconds for more opaque application. Colors can be applied with a brush or sponge. To remove, apply 99% isopropyl rubbing alcohol on a tissue and gently press and wipe. For sensitive skin, remove with isopropyl myristate. Repeat if necessary until product is removed. Cruelty free and vegetarian.

Excellent coverage, easy application and removal

I am always on the lookout for a good tattoo cover up as I often work in the performing arts. This palette offers good coverage (if applied patiently - the coverage isn't instant and I really had to mix colors) and I was amazed at how easy the makeup came off after use. Make-up stays in place and does not wash off after drying, it dries very quickly. My only regret is that I didn't learn about alcohol-based cosmetics sooner!

I wish there was more color but the best cheap version of the big $$$ palettes I've found

They come half full but I think that's how they're sold. . Amazingly transparent or opaque if you want them to be. Revain didn't have much of the 99% alcohol you NEED for this, so I used a different side. 2 bottles and shipping costs the same as this pallet. So if you are looking for a cheap product that has great value and potential benefit, I recommend this one. Just be careful not to add too much alcohol and maybe get alcohol if you can, not during Corona lol.

Great quality for the price

I'm glad I made this purchase, I wanted to play with alcohol paints but didn't want to pay the price of other brands. I'm glad I made this purchase and this palette is great for bruises and skin tone matching. I'm dabbling in SFX makeup and this is perfect for it.

Great starter kit, isopropyl alcohol must be purchased separately

Bought this as an alcohol based starter kit for my 15 year old daughter who is a new but talented special effects artist. The colors are easy to use and realistic. She can't go to school with any of her drawings because I don't want CPS knocking on my door. Their only complaint is that they can only be removed with 90% isopropyl alcohol and it dries out their skin. She has eczema and although it causes dryness it has never caused a reaction or rash. I would buy this brand again as it suits…

I love the colors they are really great. Slightly shiny after drying. I like that you can choose colors, you just need to put a few in your bag.

Easy to use: Make up palettes

Delivered very quickly and in perfect condition. I opened it immediately and tasted the bruise on my face. I used 95% alcohol and wiped it off with a tissue. It applies very easily and comes off in about two light swipes. It's so gorgeous and the blue and red blend well on my face to make a beautiful purple.
