Ideal for your Halloween, Cosplay, or carnival costume. Alcohol palettes are made by pouring alcohol and pigment mixture into the pans. When the alcohol evaporates, the volume in the pan decreases, creating a highly concentrated dry pigment that looks like a half-filled pan. This is normal and does not affect the performance of the palette. When the alcohol activator is added to the pans, the colors come alive and will last for many applications. Palette Colors Include: Cool Tone, Olive, Peach, Soft Yellow, Eggplant, Vein Tone, Light Mauve, Dark Mauve, Blood Red, Coral, Deep Blush, Oxide Orange. To activate, apply 1-3 drops of 99% isopropyl rubbing alcohol directly into the palette cell. Allow 99% alcohol to soak into the color for several seconds for more opaque application. Colors can be applied with a brush or sponge. To remove, apply 99% isopropyl rubbing alcohol on a tissue and gently press and wipe. For sensitive skin, remove with isopropyl myristate.
