I like the versatility of the straps to keep the backpack comfortable. The zip pockets are comfortable and big enough but not too big. I use a hydration pack for trail running in warm weather. I recommend this product.

Look at the picture. The bladder tube hangs and dangles as you run, but I just tucked it under the strap. Plenty of storage space and sufficient bladder capacity. Use to prepare for a marathon. This purchase has several quality/design issues. I bought it to use in my long marathon runs, so I use it once a week. Water constantly leaks from the mouthpiece. So, a few miles before my shorts got wet. As other reviews have suggested the design is flawed as the tube just bounces around. I put it in the strap but even then it still moves.
