I bought 2 bookcases and I love how they look! Given the dollars paid, I don't think I'll have to settle for chipped shelves and bent hardware. 5 out of 10 shelves are broken! Hubby was able to fix the bent hardware but we are VERY unhappy with the damaged shelves! 😰

Bought this bookcase to store toys in the kids playroom. Very easy and quick to set up. I like that it's open plan so it keeps the "open" feel of a smaller space; But the most important thing is that it's bolted to the wall so I'm not afraid of it collapsing or falling. A very simple bookcase that really adds something special to the room. Overall I am very satisfied and will most likely buy a second one to store the rest of the toys as well.

I love this shelf! I needed something big to fill the empty space and store the books and plants. Each shelf is designed to take very heavy use so I can't imagine any future flexing unless there is too much moisture on it. It had gaps between the wall before we put the weight on the shelves but it evened out after adding the books. I highly recommend this shelf. It will definitely last longer than anything but IKEA. The torque on our drill wasn't set correctly initially, and the screws jammed without stripping! I bought three of these for my den and have now ordered two more for more stuff. Overall, this is very good value for money. Fit and finish are good. Here's an assembly tip: the support bars come in two pieces and must be bolted together to be at full height. Do this for both, then screw the shelves to a support arm on one side only.
