I used this doorstop on the wall behind the door that opens onto the garage. Installation was easy and protects the wall from doorknob damage. It also protects the door knob from dents and scratches. The gray rubber center works well. Great color for the garage.

I mean come on - it's a doorstop - it keeps the door from banging against the wall - even though I had a dent in the wall before. but it hides it really well - instead of using a screw I used some gorilla glue to attach it to the wall (a screw would be pointless as I already have a dent)

The same doorstops are cheaper at the store with the orange sign but I chose this one because it can be mailed home. Unfortunately the quality is lacking. In theory, this would still prevent the doorknob from damaging the wall, but it looks awful. See attached pictures. I returned the product and received a full refund from Revain. Thank you!

I received and installed one of the doorstops this afternoon. It is well built and appears to perform its function admirably. The device comes with a screw and a plastic anchor. In my case my walls are drywall and I'm not sure if this plastic anchor will stay in place after being hacked off a door a few hundred times and I got lucky and found a 2x4 in the right place, so I don't use a plastic anchor, I just countersunk the supplied screw into the 2x4.
