Looks good but not durable!

Bought just over a year ago. completely stopped loading. I cleaned the connections but it didn't help. replacement requested. Waiting to see if there will be NU in this Pro. Very disappointing for such a great product.

Great Charger!: Computer Accessories & Peripherals

This is my second cable and I absolutely love it! No need to move the normal 3ft iPhone cable. It also charges my phone very quickly which was actually a shock.

The perfect charger, the best lightning cables

My husband gave me the first one as a last minute Christmas present. I was a little confused at first by the huge knot but it really helps keep the cord in place (moves easily). It's long, longer than most, and tough. This is the first cable our Roomba ate and it came out fine. My son quickly claimed it for himself so I had to buy a second one.

Good quality, cool look

To be honest I've only had this cable for 2 days. But based on several other NU cables I've used over the years, I think they're very good quality. This is the first one I've received with cargo attached; no problems so far. My favorites are the extension cord (great for home office and travel) and the leather strap that rolls up for a bag. I have one in every pocket. I love her. They also look sharp, better than regular white.

Not quite impressed

I was looking for fast charging for iPhones in my house, but this charging cable is fine. I found it charges at the same rate as a regular iPhone charger. The cord itself is pretty durable, and because of its length, I've carried it around different houses. I haven't found that the weighted ball has made a significant difference in my life, but it can be adjusted, which is nice. Overall I like this cable, it's long and strong. I just wanted it to be a speed boost (if I'm not asking too much!)

Update: Broke within a week of use

Update: I received a replacement charger and after a few months it's still working great! I'm not sure who initiated the exchange, but it came without any indication whatsoever. I appreciate the service very much and I am happy to give a first rating. Original post: I purchased this product prior to an upcoming surgery. The first week worked fine, then the part that connects to the phone broke off. You would think that for the money they are charging they deliver a quality product. I reallyโ€ฆ

Looks good, but the connection doesn't last.

We ordered 3 of these cables and one works less than a month after opening. All 3 are now not working and were brand new in December so 3 months ago. The cables themselves seem perfectly solid and solid, the connectors won't touch any phone and we have 3 new iPhones. I would not recommend this product.
