Update: I received a replacement charger and after a few months it's still working great! I'm not sure who initiated the exchange, but it came without any indication whatsoever. I appreciate the service very much and I am happy to give a first rating. Original post: I purchased this product prior to an upcoming surgery. The first week worked fine, then the part that connects to the phone broke off. You would think that for the money they are charging they deliver a quality product. I really advise people to think twice before buying.
