Since it's green and takes some getting used to, I like to use it as a pre-rinse; Then apply a good bleach after cleaning. No cavities after use!

Although it claims to taste like mint, it's actually cinnamon. There is no mint in this bottle. Nevertheless it works great. After three days, a significant improvement was seen.
