Disappointing Magnesium Capsules for Health and Household Needs

Based on my observations, these Amino Acid capsules are not worth purchasing. They had no positive effects on my training, and left me feeling sluggish. One pro is that they are natural, but the main con is that they contain unnecessary and unhelpful fillers. Save your money and invest in a more effective supplement.

price and efficiency. for amino acids

Intake for protein deficiency. Also taken before training and they definitely work. I buy it, I'm out. Cheaper than Walmart or Meijer. Better than cheap brands.

Great product, best in BCAA

I use these before or after my daily workout and my muscle soreness is much less. I know I'm lifting harder and gaining strength. I used to take a similar one from MLM and have never been able to find one after I stopped using them. Great addition and great replacement for what I was using
