This shoe closure is a bit loose. I take an 8 in most shoes but found this a bit large. The shoe itself is very comfortable with a matching working heel for freedom of movement. It's not the prettiest shoe, but my podiatrist advised me to stay away from pointy toes because of bursitis, so it's perfect.
