Recipe has been changed

My dog started using this over a year ago when we discovered he was sensitive to poultry (causing some nasty gastrointestinal problems). The problem went away as soon as we started this meal. With the last bag, she started having symptoms again. Of course, one of the first ingredients now is bird fat. Chicken is a cheap ingredient. I believe the recipe was altered to keep the price down so it can sell for $$ quality at Walmart, Target, etc.

Picky Golden Retriever LOVES this food!

We switched to this salmon flavored lamb flavor at the recommendation of our vet to try the "non-fishy" flavor to improve our Golden Retriever's breath. Our VERY picky dog LOVES this flavor (just bought our third bag) and this flavor is actually cheaper than the salmon flavor for some reason. The feed chunks are larger than salmon chunks (they are comparable to feed chunks for large chicken breeds). We didn't notice any significant change in our dog's breath, but it's actually slightly better…

The perfect food for our two demanding puppies!

One of our dogs has digestive problems after having part of the intestines removed and the other dog had liver failure so we need to keep him on a healthy diet. It was the perfect meal to keep both healthy while staying within our price range. Initially we had a lab for their venison recipe, but when we added a sheepdog to the family it became too expensive. It was a very easy transition for their tummies and both girls are very happy and healthy. Our vet told us that we needed to treat liver…

Eureka! I have found the perfect dog food

I have found the perfect dog food. I have had my rescue dog for over 6 months now and have had issues with Purina One, Beneful (vomited it a few times although he liked the taste better) and was not at all happy with Purina's professional quality ingredients for the price. . This is the answer I was looking for. My dog likes it very much and has no digestive problems. I saw the difference almost immediately and am amazed by the ingredients compared to other products I have purchased. I should…

Silent but deadly: dogs

We are among those dog breeders whose children need special food. One of our dogs is allergic to poultry and of course most regular dog foods and treats are made from aged laying hens to be economical whether they are ground up into feed or fat is used for flavoring. Food. Additionally, at least 2 vets have told us that this whole "grain free" fad isn't good for a dog diet, so we looked around and thought it might be worth a try. Dogs seem to love it, even more so than the high quality dog food

MY DOG IS VERY SICK AT THE MOMENT, THE DIARRHEA WON'T STOP.

I HAVE BEEN BUYING THIS FOOD FOR 2 YEARS AND MY DOG HAS NEVER BEEN SICK. I BUY 2 BAGS OF "LAMB AND RICE" AND MY DOG'S FOOD IS ALWAYS VERY GOOD, HE TASTE IT. BUT I DO NOTICE PARTIAL LOOKS AT MY DOG, AT THE FOOD RUNNING INTO THE BACKYARD. WHEN I SAW A CHAIR WAS A PONOM WITH BLOOD. I'LL CALL MY VET. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MARCH 4TH TO TAKE MY CUTE DOG FOR CHECK-UP. TELL ME IN 4 DAYS; COOKING WHITE RICE, SWEET POTATOES AND CHICKEN, EASY. My dog started pooping harder and I thought he was better…

Good quality dog food and really good service

This is the product I was initially concerned about as I have never ordered dog food through Revain before. And although we had an issue with the first batch [the package was torn in the box], the company immediately approved a replacement. Anyone can have shipping issues, so customer service is my business. The product itself looks very balanced and high quality. I usually buy Costco's Kirkland variety, but it's a lot more convenient despite being a few dollars more expensive. However, I don't

Feed your dog like an adult

"Feed your dog like an adult" is not only how Nature's Recipe describes this adult dog food, it's also what my vet told me. Before the age of 4 months my vet advised me to put the puppy on an adult food and he recommended this food to me. He even wrote it down on a piece of paper so I wouldn't forget and told me he feeds his dogs with it. I ordered this full grown lamb from an adult recipe with chicken and rice. I have uploaded a photo showing the size of these varieties. From left to right a…
