Clearly used

I received these shoes today and it was quite obvious that they were used. The bottom of the shoe was dirty and there were scuffs on the sides. Very disappointed as they were supposed to be a Christmas present and Christmas is less than a week away.

Disappointed that these boots arrived dirty and worn and the size was at least 1 size too big.

I bought these boots for my son who is starting to go from a size 11 to a 12. His current pair of brown boots, tennis shoes and loafers are all a size 11. Ordered my new school shoes and tennis shoes at a 12 and as expected they have just enough leg room to grow up for next season. So I ordered them a size 12 for the same room but when they arrived they were incredibly larger. My daughter is a youth size 2 and they almost fit her! Also, I noticed that the soles were dirty, like someone else…
