Low quality. Avoid the navepoint, go with the other guys

This item is scrap. These are not the screws you need. Non-tapered ends, rigid cage nuts with fairly prominent tabs, and square plastic washers. I also managed to snap off one of the heads with only reasonable effort. I wouldn't trust that valuable network gear of mine. Instant garbage. Signature Navepoint
