They are good value for money and work well. But one thing is pretty silly, and that is that the lights fit the tripod very randomly. It's like gloves that advertise "one size fits all". The mount is in no way designed for this combination of lamp and tripod. Be sure to turn the thumbscrew so the light sits as straight as possible. Please contact the Industrial Design department.

I found they worked very well and I liked the ability to switch between warm and cool light. However, 3 months seems like a very short time frame for a product. One of the lanterns died. The power cord is fine, but the light bulb does not work. And that's just a week after the return deadline. So disappointed.

I need a light. Lots and lots of light. Plus "I needed light lights. Not heavy lights. It was the right light for me. It's adjustable from warm to cold. Does the job I need to record videos on the iPad/iPhone. An additional feature is that you can use the lantern off its stand and use as a hand lamp. That's this light. First of all, it was perfect for my limited plans: lighting for remote meetings. My wife and I both wanted better lighting and the 2 pack worked great. It's more than bright enough and the ability to change the color temperature is great. I even bounce off the neighboring ceiling. The strip is long enough for this purpose to soften the shadows. However, adjusting the color temperature _seems_ to cause a dip in brightness midway between cool and warm. I haven't tested this with a meter, but…
