Our teenager was obsessed with making movies. It was just the right amount to balance out the directorial feel our teenager was looking for when it came to accessories. We bought chalkboard markers to make filling in the slide easier.

I have just received this item and I am very disappointed. It arrived in two pieces and once the board is in the groove it's impossible to hold on to. Constantly falls out of the groove. The plastic board is not durable and does NOT come with pens as advertised - I can't even use them if I wanted to. None of the instructions were in English. I ordered and waited with great anticipation, but unfortunately I am sending it back. This is not the item I would recommend.

As described. Came in soft packaging with no scratches or dents. I liked how loud it clapped. My son envisions himself as a future director and I bought it for him to help him make a film. I hate the feel of real chalk so I bought chalk markers and so far they have worked really well. There's a magnet that not only clap your hands but also keeps the flap down so it doesn't fly around when the flap isn't in use. I can't wait to see all the movies my kid makes with this board. Brilliant!
