My ring light is an older version that didn't come with a phone holder like the newer packages so I decided to buy my own. This attachment works great! I only have my iPhone for filming at the moment and this holder makes it a breeze to film myself. It is also said to be compatible with Go Pro so I tried it with my brother and voila. It barely pops out far enough to hold my phone in landscape mode (phone 142.1 x 72.4 x 11.6mm or 5.59 x 2.85 x 0.46 inches) and with a curved back to the phone needs I really put it in there.
