Neewer Advanced Barndoor Dimmable Photography Review

I bought two pieces, according to the light both work fine, but one has a broken blue bracket, the light does not hold, the light always tilts down due to gravity. I should probably contact Neewer to see if they're willing to replace the blue bracket.

This light is amazing! The only thing I would change is the position of the handle on the back to rotate the light. Besides that you can't beat the price of this light. Due to the size of this flashlight you will need a stable stand such as the C stand or similar.

The light is good but the design of the globe that attaches to the tripod is poor . I found the correct position was after he fell once. but fixing the sphere in which the light revolves is difficult and never seems enough. The rest is OK. The LCD display showing power and color temperature is great.

Pretty good value for money. Its brilliance is ideal for small sets of one or two talents. The remote control is handy because I mounted the light on the ceiling. One remote controls them all, which is useful for color matching too (unless you want to use different settings for different light sources, of course). It can be mounted in different ways. You will need a stand or ceiling mount for this. I've never used it with batteries, but it's a good option.

This lamp surprised me. It's quite heavy because it's made of quality materials. I like the flexible ball joint extension holder on the back of the light. Good light for the price. The hue is a little greener, but this can be corrected in-camera with a custom white balance. I use it as a key in a gridded softbox for relatively close-up talking-head video and never push it past 40%. It's often 10-20 percent. It is very thin in size.
