Ideal for small ring lights. I bought this for my desk to have a 14 inch LED ring light. I wouldn't advise using the larger one as it tends to tip over from the weight.

I bought these because I own one of these lights. Neewer's product quality has never let me down. It took me a while to figure out how to lengthen my legs. I'm happy with the height; With the light on top and the length of the wand I can almost use it as a cheap but quality hair light.

Couldn't find many products that were sized to fit behind a desktop monitor. I have a Logitech PTZ Pro 2 behind my monitor. I can adjust the height to be just above the monitor so it appears as if I'm looking straight into the camera and the person on the screen when I'm look at the things at the top of the screen the other side web conferencing. This is perfect for my setup where I have desk space behind a monitor.

I ordered this tripod because I was looking for a small tripod to use with lighting for studio portraits of children. I was looking for something about 2 feet tall so based on the dimensions this fit the bill. However, when I received it, I did. Don't expect it to be as small as it really is.
