Hey you get what you pay for. They will work, but the problem is that light passes through them, which illuminates what you may not need. Works well and better than nothing, but I'll switch to reflectors that won't let any light through!

These umbrellas are easy to use; offer great value for money and do what they are supposed to do - spread the light evenly! You don't have to buy big umbrellas to get the same great portraits your subjects expect!

For the price you get the BEST quality? You are dreaming. But they do their job effectively. They've been blown off and dented, but they still work (for the most part). But I didn't feel so bad because the price was so high for them. Will buy again once I beat the life out of the current ones.

Wow. I bought two packs and these umbrellas are completely different! One is bright white and looks brand new. It's flimsy but I think it will do the job. The other one is off-white, made of a different material and even has a logo on it?! ("Fancier") also has rust spots on both the fabric and the metal frame. Just not at all as advertised!

I usually shoot sports at events where flash is not allowed and I have a decent number of really fast lenses.
