small, simple, works well

I get good photos with soft light from a flash, on camera or external. It folds flat when not in use and fits in any bag, even one that's too full. One downside: the elastic strap is cheaply made and doesn't have grip pads, so I suspect it's *very* likely to blow off your flash and fly away in the wind. Maybe attach it to something with a string if you use it outside.

Pros
  • Trial for one year
Cons
  • There are bugs

Works great as a diffuser but was packaged in .

Works great as a diffuser but packaging is crumpled. Sometimes it may leave shadows where there are creases. The packaging was better and there were no wrinkles, I would give 5 stars. I work a lot in low light in dusty areas and prefer to use them to bounce and discharge the flash. If they get dirty or torn, I can just take them out and replace them with clean ones.

Diffuses the light very evenly

So I put it on a diving torch (700 lumens) for GoPro. Even on the lowest settings, the light was as bright as possible to capture people at a late-night event or in a dark room. Everyone complained that it was too bright. So I bought two of these thinking I would modify them for my purpose. He actually worked the way he is and made the second substitute. I aim the light straight up and put this filter on top. The footage is ten times better and no one complains about the brightness of the…

Easy to carry and works very well

Inexpensive, easy to pack and works well. Aims the light at the right area and helps "bigger" your flash and therefore softens it (don't expect miracles, it's still a small diffuser). lose or damage. Second, the flash is extremely easy to pack, carry, and wear. Third, it gives you better control over the direction of the light, rather than scattering it around the room like other, more expensive diffusers. Grab a few and toss them in your bag. You won't be out and about very often and you'll be

Easy! Effective! Cozy! director! weigh nothing! Any flash will do!

I use these little gems on two Godox Thinklite TTL TT350S RC off-camera flashes. I have attached some illustrations. In a desktop set, they function like full-fledged softboxes due to their proximity to objects. The light is directed outwards, upwards and to the sides, but the opaque silver-plated back plate ensures the light is directed, unlike the small box diffusers that come with all flashes. When you don't need it, take it off and put it back or put it in your shirt pocket. Outstanding…

Pretty cool for the price!

Not bad at all! I often use it backwards (black forward) when it's close to the subject, which helps a lot when you need to be as subtle as possible for talent but still need flash and don't need those harsh shadows or red eyes - if if If you try this, you may warn everyone behind you! This product is much more unobtrusive than other types on the market and is great if you travel, lose it or damage it - what's the difference! over my flash to save it and then open it when I need it. The flash…

Great budget reflector Flash Bounce

This has to be my favorite reflector at the moment. It's simple, cheap, and does a really good job of spreading the light around the room while minimizing shadows. It "eats" a lot of light, so it's not ideal for large rooms/high ceilings. But other than that, you can't go wrong with this thing. Fits all my flashes. My Canon 550 EXII has the largest reflex head and is narrow but fits. First I bought one and since I liked it I bought a second one. I use them on my two side LED flashes when I…

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • No power

At first I was amazed at how small it was! Received it this morning and was very excited when I picked it up and used it straight away at the wedding I was working on that evening. Haven't checked out the gallery yet (my friend was the hostess so she has my photos now) but on the back the camera seems to have done its job very well! I'm not a big fan of square cones, find the rebound good but not 100% consistent, and was looking at a magmod setup when a friend recommended this one. Being the…
