Terrible product. The piece of plastic that I thought was glass covering the photo is scratched all over. Cheaply made and not worth the $20 I paid for it. I am very disappointed and will not order from this company again. I would put 0 stars if I could.

The bottom corner of the plexiglass was broken, barely visible when the picture was attached. But when you shoot the film, there are little notches that stand out. Since I was hesitant and it was a gift I don't have time to return it.

Arrived quickly, well packaged and safe. However, 1 of the 4 I ordered had small scratches on the front. Rather than messing around with the return and waiting for more, I just grabbed a black permanent marker to fill it in. Now it looks normal. The frames opened and closed easily and my work looked beautiful.

Very cheaply made and not worth €20. "Glass" is a thin piece of plastic - not real glass, not even thick Plexiglas. Although the frames were well packaged to avoid damage, there were scratches on the black paint that I had to fill in with black marker. When rubbed, the paint peels off at the edges. This frame is $7.99 at Walmart instead of $20.

I bought 2 of them. One was in excellent condition and apart from the fragility of the Plexiglas everything was as expected. The second had what appeared to be fine dust sealed in a plastic bag. When I opened it to remove the dust, I found it was sawdust residue from insect tracks cut into the surface of the frame. Into the trash. And now they are no longer available as replacements so I have to buy two more frames to have a set.

You get what you pay for. This is a cheap panoramic frame. Don't be fooled, it's not glass, it's muddy thin plastic. The installation process is a nightmare. The metal protrusions that have to be bent open to remove the backing and then replaced are terrible. The back keeps getting caught on the metal tabs when you try to put the back on. Due to the cheap plastic look of the frame, if you try to glue the back, dust and wood particles will come off the frame and stick to the plastic look from…

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews first because I just saw my exact complaint but it is absolutely not worth the cost. I don't usually write negative reviews because I think it can sway the decisions of people who might not care about certain things, but I don't think there are really redeeming qualities.
